STEP 1/10
First, the tangerines (10) were peeled, and although they were of different sizes, the smaller ones belonged to themselves. When I weighed it on the scale, it came out to be about 600g for 10 tangerines.
STEP 2/10
Open it so it's easy to eat
STEP 3/10
Grind it in a blender or juggernaut.
STEP 4/10
I put the ground tangerines in the pot and mixed them with juice and ingredients.
STEP 5/10
When it starts to boil over heat, pour in 1.5 cups of sugar and mix. If you want a bit of watery jam, add about 1 cup. Add 1 1/2 cups if you want some thick and sticky jam.
STEP 6/10
When it boils, bubbles come up. Filter out the foam from time to time. Then, boil it on high heat for 1 minute, reduce it to medium heat, and boil it for another 10 minutes. You have to stir it frequently so that the bottom doesn't stick.
STEP 7/10
When it's thick enough, add the lemon juice (1) and boil it for another 5 minutes, and as you can see, it's a little darker than the first color, right?
STEP 8/10
Then, the thick jam is completed.
STEP 9/10
To find out if the jam is done, drop a little jam in cold water and stick together without spreading it!
STEP 10/10
Pour the finished jam into the bottle, cool it down, cover it, and store it in the refrigerator. It's about 350ml in total. If you put it in the refrigerator, it becomes thicker.Even if you mix it with plain yogurt or spread it on bread, it's delicious.
