Mix the dough well so that no raw powder is visible. (You can add some milk depending on the concentration of the dough.) Heat the pan over low heat, grease it a little, and wipe it off with a kitchen towel. Pour the dough into the desired size in a pan heated over low heat, and when bubbles rise on the surface, turn over and cook the rest.

I baked hot cakes in the oven, too. With the extra dough, pan it up to 80% and bake it at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

A hot, soft, and sweet hotcake is complete. As expected, put butter slices on the hotcake top, and Morinaga slurped the hotcake syrup. It's sweet, soft, and soft to eat when it's hot. It's really good. Morinaga's pancake mix is the best. Maybe it's because I put whipped cream instead of milk, but it tastes better when it's fluffy and soft.
