The cereal I prepared today is a cereal with granola in it. Granola is a combination of healthy grains such as oats, whole wheat, and rice, which are baked crispy with honey or starch syrup. I think it's good for breakfast because it's baked crispy with healthy grains full of fiber instead of rice. I'm going to eat both when I make an omelet and salad today.

Beat 3 eggs, season with salt, add cereal containing granola, mix well, pour cereal mixed with cereal into an omelet pan slightly covered with cooking oil, stir with chopsticks to make an omelet. When the egg is cooked, wrap it from the edge, gather it inside, and turn it over, and cook the other side over low heat, and it will cook smoothly to the inside.

Cream cheese dressing ingredients: 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 0.1 tbsp salt, a little pepper, mix the lump of cream cheese well in lemon juice and oil.

Place salad vegetables on a plate, top with omelet and sprinkle with crispy granola cereal. You can sprinkle cream cheese sauce on it right before you eat it. Omelet salad with crispy cereal. It goes well with the refreshing taste of cream cheese dressing.
