STEP 1/11
Peel the onion and slice it not thick or thin.
STEP 2/11
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cooking oil on a heated pan and stir-fry onions. If you add a little bit of salt and stir-fry it, the water comes out of the onion and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn. Adjust the gas heat between low and medium heat and stir-fry the onions for 20 minutes. It takes a long time to stir-fry, but keep an eye on the pan, do the dishes or do other things, and stir-fry while mixing them occasionally.
STEP 3/11
When onions are fried in clear, golden color, add the soup ingredients to the pan.
STEP 4/11
This soup has a deeper taste if you add color and flavor with soy sauce.
STEP 5/11
Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, remove from heat, season and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
STEP 6/11
Place baguette bread or hardened bread in oven while preheating oven and bake crispy. Instead of bread, you can boil and cut potatoes.
STEP 7/11
Place onion soup in a heat-resistant container that is safe even in the oven and cut the baked bread a little bit. If you put in a lot of bread, it absorbs all the soup and makes it chewy, so make it with a little bit.
STEP 8/11
It would be nice if there was cheese on the grill, but since it's hard to get, I'll sprinkle pizza cheese on the bread
STEP 9/11
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes and remove when cheese is golden brown If you don't have an oven, you can just put it in the microwave and eat it when the cheese melts.
STEP 10/11
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
STEP 11/11
It is an onion soup that combines thickly stretched cheese, softened onions, and almost melted bread to create a fantastic taste. If you dip bread in it or eat it for breakfast with rice, it will be a nutritious and healthy meal.
