Herb cookies
I made this herb cookie because I wanted to eat crispy cookies. Oil is added instead of butter, so it's crispy without any burden.

Ingredients
  • Cooking oil
    90g
  • Soft flour
    350g
  • Sugar
    120g
  • Water
    100g
  • parsley
  • basil powder
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix oil and water, then add sugar and mix. For oil, I prefer oil such as grape seed oil or canola oil to strong olive oil.
STEP 2/8
Sift the flour and put it in.
STEP 3/8
Add parsley and basil powder when the flour and oil are mixed to a certain extent. You can add any herb powder you have at home. Even if you add sesame seeds, it's delicious when it's savory.
STEP 4/8
Place the finished dough on a work surface and roll with a rolling pin. I think 0.3mm thick is good.
STEP 5/8
Please use the cookie cutter of various shapes you have. I think a simple cookie cutter like this looks good on you.
STEP 6/8
Panning in an oven pan with a defronted sheet. Puffing is not a cookie, so you don't have to have a lot of space. Using a fork, dab it on top. If you grill it, the pattern comes out pretty.
STEP 7/8
Sprinkle a little salt on top. Sprinkle thin salt instead of flower salt or king salt. It'll be too salty if I add salt, right? Sprinkle just enough to suit your taste. Personally, it tastes much better with sugar and salt. Bake at 150-160'c for 10-150 minutes.
STEP 8/8
I took it with a simple cookie cutter, and it looks like a snack that looks like a marketplace. Originally, it's a recipe to bake with sesame seeds, but Kanghye's house doesn't have sesame seeds, so I baked it with herb powder, and the herb scent is soft and it feels great while baking. Can I feel the effects of aroma therapy while eating cookies because they have a strong herbal scent after baking? It's thin, so it's very crispy and savory. Other than herb powder, it would be delicious to grill it with soft flour mixed with misugaru or bean curd.
