Cool the ice cream base and freeze in a suitable container. Since there is no ice cream maker, you have to take it out every hour and scratch it with a hand mixer or fork to complete the soft ice cream. I had a hard time because it didn't freeze well because I made too much.

If you scratch it well and freeze it well, a cool and soft ice cream is born. Actually, I wanted to make vanilla ice cream, so I haven't bought vanilla beans yet, so I'll just eat soft cream cheese ice cream!! I thought it would be more refreshing and delicious if you made blueberry syrup, sprinkled it, and made a slight ribbon after you finished making it like it was sold at an ice cream store.
