Mini Scotch Eggs
Today, I'm going to make a mini-scotch. It's a snack with cute and cute quail eggs inside. Wrap the quail eggs with spam and fry them or grill them. It's not that hard to make either. I think the kids will love this menu.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, boil the quail eggs for 10 to 15 minutes and cook them. It's better if you cook quail eggs half-cooked. You can use eggs instead of quail eggs. Instead, you need to increase the amount of vegetables and spam.
STEP 2/8
Prepare boiled quail eggs, chopped onions, and carrots.
STEP 3/8
Crush the spam, please. If you don't have any mashers, mash them with the back of a knife. If you want pork, you can chop the pork into small pieces in a blender. Then add mashed spam, chopped onions, carrots, starch, quail eggs, a little salt, and a little pepper and mix. The more you rub, the better it sticks. Add more starch if it is too hard. And salt is seasoned with spam, so please put it in moderation. I should season the pork with salt, right?
STEP 4/8
Divide the spam dough into 15 pieces and add 1 quail egg and roll it.
STEP 5/8
Then, coat it with flour and eggs. It tastes better if you add a tablespoon of milk to an egg.
STEP 6/8
Lastly, coat it with bread crumbs.
STEP 7/8
Place scotch egg in oven pan and bake in preheated 200 oven for 15-20 minutes. Each oven has different functions, so you can preheat it according to your oven model and bake it. It's better to watch from the side. So that it doesn't burn.
STEP 8/8
You can fry it in oil. Fried ones are good because they're a bit oily. Roasted in the oven is light and delicious. If you're on a diet, you'd better bake it in the oven. Or if you don't have an oven, fry it. You can use eggs instead of quail eggs. It's going to be a bigger scotch.
