STEP 1/8
Aron is soaked in water and drains blood for an hour.
STEP 2/8
Put water in a pot to cover the aron and add green onions, garlic, and pepper.
STEP 3/8
When it starts to boil, lower it back to medium heat and boil for an hour.
STEP 4/8
After an hour, turn off the heat and leave it for 1-2 hours.
STEP 5/8
Slice the arong flakes thinly.
STEP 6/8
Spread bean sprouts and top with chives.
STEP 7/8
Add Arong Soup, and season the broth with a little soy sauce and salt to suit your taste.
STEP 8/8
Eat slowly while boiling. It's even better with the mustard sauce.
If you keep the time to boil meat and leave it for 1-2 hours, you can really eat a soft arong that melts in your mouth!
