Ingredients
  • glutinous rice flour
    100g
  • bean powder
    30g
  • Water
    100ml
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Pour hot water into glutinous rice flour and mix evenly.
STEP 2/4
Cover the microwave container, turn it for 1 minute and 30 seconds, and mix evenly.
STEP 3/4
Turn it again for 1 minute and 30 seconds and mix it evenly to make rice cakes. (Be careful when mixing because it's hot.)
STEP 4/4
You can put bean powder on the rice cake and cut it into bite pieces.
Microwave it in 1 minute and 30 seconds and heat it twice. Be careful when mixing, it's hot, and if you don't have a lid, cover it with a wrap and make a little hole and turn it around.
