Pour a can of corn into the tray.

Rinse the corn in running water once and drain.

Heat butter in a frying pan over high heat.

Add the drained canned corn and stir-fry for 2 minutes at first over high heat, then change to medium heat and stir until the bottom of the pan is barely moist.

Add salt and pepper to taste and mayonnaise. Add mayonnaise to create moisture as well, so stir-fry over medium heat until the corn color is strong enough.

Flatten out the uneven shape, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and turn to low heat.
STEP 7/7
Cover the cheese with a lid and cook it gently to make the corn butter complete. It's good to sprinkle parsley on top of the cheese as a last step.
Drain well and stir-fry while removing moisture.
