STEP 1/12
I prepared ingredients to make cold bean-soup noodles. Instead of soy milk, I replaced it with a protein drink that tastes similar to soy milk. You can add cucumbers and boiled eggs.
STEP 2/12
Drain the tofu, wash it once, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/12
Put tofu, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and 2 tablespoon sesame seeds in a long bowl.
STEP 4/12
Pour in 200ml of milk.
STEP 5/12
I poured 190ml of soy milk. Mr. Baek only added milk and a tablespoon of sugar. I didn't add sugar because soy milk is sweet.
STEP 6/12
Change it with a hand blender.
STEP 7/12
Season with salt.
STEP 8/12
I'll stir it well and put it in the freezer for a while and boil the noodles.
STEP 9/12
Put 1L of water in a pot over high heat and boil it, add 200g of noodles and boil it for 3 minutes. Please refer to the recipe for cooking time.
STEP 10/12
Place the boiled noodles in a strainer tray and cook well and drain while rubbing with both hands in running water.
STEP 11/12
Put bean soup and noodles in a bowl.
STEP 12/12
I put tomato marinade on top and sprinkled black sesame. It's better if you put ice in it. The combination of savory bean noodles and sweet and sour tomato marinade was very delicious.
Jongwon Baek Tofu bean noodles have peanut butter and sesame seeds, so it's very savory.
