How to make chicken hinmari kalguksu
If you cook samgyetang or baeksuk as a summer health food, you can eat light chicken and make strong chicken broth. I cooked glutinous rice porridge and rice noodles in chicken broth, but this time, I made chicken noodle soup by adding kalguksu noodles and tearing chicken apart. You can make clear and light kalguksu by rinsing starch well in kalguksu noodles or boiling it separately and putting it in the broth. You can add zucchini, carrots, potatoes, and other vegetables you want and boil them. Even in hot summer, the body instinctively wants cold food, but I think warm food is definitely good for our body. Hot yet cool taste~ A contradictory taste that can only be understood by Korean emotions~ It's hot, but I think it's refreshing and refreshing to the body.^^ If you eat too cold food, you might get a stomachache, so sometimes you need something hot to eat. The heat wave will end someday. ^^
