I bought a box of 5kg Korean blue lemons. It's my first time eating a green lemon, but it's fresh and nice to see.

Wash the lemon first to make lemon syrup. Rinse with thick salt, dissolve baking soda and rinse again with vinegar water. If you use imported lemons, you can fry them in hot water once. I skipped hot water disinfection because it's a domestic lemon.

Drain and drain the lemon thoroughly after washing well

When the water is dry, slice the lemon thinly. Remove all lemon seeds. There are a lot of seeds in this green lemon. I removed them one by one with a fork.

Place all sliced lemons in a large bowl.

Pour in sugar equal to the weight of the lemon. I used unrefined raw sugar for sugar, but when I made lemon syrup, the lemon blue color is a little brown, but I like it more because the raw sugar is deep sweet.

Mix the lemon and sugar evenly.

Cover with plastic to melt sugar and let stand for a while. Melt the sugar by stirring it occasionally

It's a homemade lemon syrup with a brown color because it's unrefined sugar, but if you mix carbonated water and make it an ade, the brown color almost disappears and the subtle yellow color turns
