Turn the stove over medium heat and place 200g of frozen strawberries on the pan.

Sprinkle 1T of lemon juice when the strawberries are crushed.

Add 1T of oligosaccharide.

Bring to a boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat when the concentration of jam is as high as in the picture.

Put it in a bowl.

Add 150g of Greek yogurt.
STEP 8/8
Stir it well and it's done.
In the case of the finished strawberry Greek yogurt, it is delicious if you spread it on bread or bagels.
