Macaroni salad
Macaroni fruit salad. It's good as a side dish If you don't have it, replace it with other ingredients One cup is the size of a paper cup.

  • Carrot

  • Cucumber
    1/3ea
  • onion

  • brown sugar

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mustard

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Pour water to cover the macaroni, and after about 10 minutes as the water starts to boil, cut the macaroni in half with a spoon to see if it is cooked, rinse it in cold water to cool it down completely and drain it. (Stir while boiling, and pour more water if it's not enough.)

I prepared 1/4 carrots, 1/3 cucumbers, 1/2 purple onions, and half Korean melon The melon and cucumber were used with the skin except for the middle seed. Cut them all into small rectangular shapes in the same size.

Use a kitchen towel to remove moisture from vegetables and macaroni

Place macaroni and vegetables in a large bowl, mix 2 cups mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons mustard sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons salt.

The finished macaroni salad tastes better if you put it in an airtight container and put it in the refrigerator
After rinsing the macaroni in cold water, shake the tray to remove the moisture, and hit the bottom of the tray with your hands to make it more watery. Raisins are also added, and apples are delicious instead of Korean melons.
