How to make perilla leaf stir-fried pork
I made spicy stir-fried spicy pork by seasoning red pepper paste with pork forelimbs. Stir-fried spicy pork seems to be the standard of sweet and salty map among Korean foods along with spicy chicken soup. One of the reasons why I like stir-fried spicy pork is that I can wrap a ssam with fresh vegetables. If you set up a plate of boiled red stir-fried pork and eat it with lettuce, perilla leaves, and pumpkin leaves and vegetables like ssambap, it's so much fun.^^ Herbie likes stir-fried spicy pork with a lot of perilla leaves, so she always prepares perilla leaves and cuts them in the stir-fried spicy pork dish. She wraps it with the perilla leaves. I think the scent of the perilla leaves is amazing. Interestingly, Korea is the only country that eats perilla leaves. Perilla leaves are Korean masters and Korean herbs.^^ What should I eat this weekend? If you don't have anything that comes to mind, a plate of stir-fried spicy pork that you don't like or dislike will be plentiful and delicious. ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the front leg of the pork and remove the blood with a kitchen towel to remove the smell.
STEP 2/8
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 3/8
Wash the onions and shred them.
STEP 4/8
Add onions, minced garlic, green onions, and peppers, add the stir-fried pork seasoning to the pork, and mix well to soak the sauce. If you marinate it for about 30 minutes, it's more seasoned and tastes better. (If you don't have time, just mix it right away and cook it slowly over medium-low heat~
STEP 5/8
At first, you stir-fry it on high heat
STEP 6/8
Reduce heat to medium high, cover, and stir-fry for about 15 minutes. Please mix it in the middle from time to time to time.
STEP 7/8
Wash the perilla leaves and get ready. When the stir-fried spicy pork is moistened and the seasoning and meat are stir-fried well, cut the perilla leaves and put it in. I like the scent of perilla leaves because it removes the smell of meat.
STEP 8/8
Add sesame oil and mix it to finish.
- If you remove the blood with a kitchen towel before cooking pork, you can reduce the smell. - If you marinate pork for about 30 minutes, it's more delicious because the meat is seasoned. - You need to put perilla leaves at the end of the dish to maintain a lot of scent.
