Making fresh pineapple cabbage juice
There are a lot of people who are on a diet these days as the weather gets hot. I'm on a diet, too, but my sister came to play and became relaxed for a while, so I felt heavy. So I made detox juice after a long time. It's making pineapple cabbage juice. Simple ingredients are good for health and diet, so it's perfect for hot summer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, cut the cabbage into small pieces and wash it in clean water.
STEP 2/4
Peel the pineapple and cut it into similar sizes as cabbage.
STEP 3/4
Then add red cabbage and pineapple and juice them. I didn't add water separately using a juicer, but when I use a blender, I need to add water to grind it finely.

It's done!
Red cabbage can be changed to regular cabbage.
