STEP 1/14
First, shred cabbage and 1 root of green onion.

Soak shredded cabbage in cold water for about 3 minutes and drain on a sieve.

Place 2 spoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped green onions until scented.

When the scallions come up, chop the cabbage and stir-fry it with the scallions.

When the cabbage is slightly out of breath, add 1 can of red pepper tuna and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the tuna slightly and add 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce,

Add the pepper.

Add 1/2 spoonful of minced garlic and stir-fry quickly until all the seasoning is mixed.

Add all the seasoning and stir-fry the cabbage quickly before it is completely out of breath, then remove from heat and add 1/2 spoonful of sesame oil and mix.

Please fry the fried eggs to put on the rice bowl. Add 1 spoonful of cooking oil and break the egg. Please make it half-cooked or hard-boiled to your liking.

Place a bowl of rice on one side of the plate.

Place well-fried cabbage and red pepper tuna on the side of rice.

Place fried eggs on top of rice.

The crunchy cabbage texture is alive, but it's not greasy with chili tuna, and if you take a spoonful with fried eggs, it's really delicious.
If you stir-fry cabbage for too long, the crunchy texture disappears and water forms, so it's important to stir-fry it quickly with the sauce^^
