STEP 1/12
Prepare 100g of room temperature butter. I took out the refrigerated butter right away and microwaved it for about 30 seconds.
STEP 2/12
Using a spatula, mash the butter gently.
STEP 3/12
Add 50g of sugar powder and mix with a spatula until there are no grains.
STEP 4/12
Add 1 egg yolk at room temperature and mix well so that the dough does not separate. If there are no eggs at room temperature, put the refrigerated eggs in warm water for about 5 to 10 minutes and remove the cold air.
STEP 5/12
To make earl grey cookies, I'm going to add the powder. Sift 120g of flour and 30g of almond powder.
STEP 6/12
Remove 2 Earl Grey tea bags, add tea leaves, and mix the dough well again with a spatula. There should be no individual bags. You just have to mix it gently and continuously.
STEP 7/12
Finally, mix the earl grey cookie dough with your hands again.
STEP 8/12
Place the dough on top of the wrap and roll it into a long stick. You can roll the dough into a gimbap shape using paper foil instead of plastic wrap. Now let it cool down in the freezer for about an hour.
STEP 9/12
After 1 hour, take out the Earl Grey cookie dough and cut it at intervals of about 1cm.
STEP 10/12
Please pan it on the oven pan with appropriate spacing. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 18 minutes. You have to adjust the temperature and time according to the performance of the oven.
STEP 11/12
Cool the cooked cookies slightly and place them on a cooling net to cool them down completely.
STEP 12/12
The Earl Grey cookie is complete, which has a very good flavor.
