Boil cockles only for 5-6 cockles. Rinse it in cold water, drain it, put the spoon in the hollow part of the back cockle with a spoon, and twist it slightly to separate the skin immediately.

When you're done removing one side of the cockle shell, add the seasoning that's written on top. 3T of soy sauce. 1T of red pepper powder.1T of sugar. 1T of sesame oil.Add a little bit of sesame seeds. Add a handful of green onions and season evenly with a spatula.
