Japanese cold tomato salad
It's a super simple recipe that you can make with ripe tomatoes. It's a salad where you can peel tomatoes and eat them softly.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Make a cross cut on a ripe tomato and blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Soak in cold water to cool off and peel.
STEP 2/3
In a small bowl, mix the white wine vinegar and ginger jam first and add extra Virgin Olive Oil and pepper to make the sauce
STEP 3/3
Place all the ginger jam sauce on top of the peeled tomatoes.
It's delicious just by sprinkling olive oil and balsamic vinauger on peeled tomatoes.
