Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it. Cut only one side of dried persimmons and remove the seeds.
STEP 2/9
Spread it out on top of the wrap and lay it down.
STEP 3/9
Fill it with Greek yogurt as if wrapping kimbap.
STEP 4/9
I used 15g of walnuts. I'd like a long walnut, too.

Sprinkle 1T of honey along the walnut line.
STEP 6/9
When Greek yogurt, walnuts, and honey all go up, it looks like the picture.
STEP 7/9
Roll it well so that the inside of the dried persimmon doesn't stick out.
STEP 8/9
Place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
STEP 9/9
After 30 minutes, take it out and cut it into pieces, and it's done.
It tastes better with coffee.
