tuna oatmeal porridge
Oatmeal is rich in fiber, so I think it's most attractive that it lasts longer than when I eat rice. Oatmeal porridge is delicious even if you boil it in the evening and heat it up in the morning. If you eat it warm, it's comfortable and savory. It's really delicious

  • King oyster mushroom

  • onion

  • Garlic

  • Fish soy sauce
    1T
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Chop the green onions and chop the pine mushrooms into small pieces.
STEP 2/14
Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. You can use cherry tomatoes. Chop the onion into small pieces.

Remove the oil from the can of tuna.
STEP 4/14
Add 2T of coconut oil and add green onion oil.Stir-fry over medium-low heat until green onion tastes sweet.

Stir-fry onions over medium-low heat until clear. When the onion smells sweet, add garlic and stir-fry over medium-low heat. Tip. Garlic burns easily, so stir-fry garlic in green onion oil and onion oil

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry slightly over medium-low heat.

Add tomato and two pinch of pink salt and stir-fry over medium heat. Frying tomatoes in oil increases nutrient absorption, but the sweetness of tomatoes increases. I don't think tomatoes will go well with porridge, but try this. It goes well with soup and soup dishes unexpectedly, and the soup becomes sweet and sour

Add oatmeal and stir-fry lightly over medium-low heat to allow tomato juice to seep in.

Add 250ml of water, please.

Add tuna and simmer over high heat for about 2 minutes.
