If you want to keep it for a long time, it's better to add sugar in 1:1 or 1:1.2. It's a small amount, and I'm going to eat quickly, so I reduced it a little.

Pour all the sugar into the plums. I used unrefined raw sugar, but I like it because it has a much deeper sweetness.

Mix the plums and sugar evenly. Cover or wrap and let the sugar melt for a while.

Stir evenly to blend well with sugar once in a while. The sugar melts quickly because it's hot. Stir it evenly and wait a little bit. You can put it in a glass bottle right away, but the sugar won't melt quickly, so melt it in advance. In particular, raw sugar does not melt well because the grains are thick.

The sugar is almost melted now. The color is getting redder, right? If you make plum syrup, the color is really pretty.

Put it in a hot sterilized glass bottle.

A 500g glass bottle and about a cup came out. You can store the plum extract in the refrigerator and eat it after aging for 3 to 5 days
