Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it. -Cut the shabu beef into bite-size pieces and season it (soy sauce 2T, minced garlic 1T, cooking wine 1T, pepper 0.3T).

Cut the cabbage into big pieces.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/9
You can also cut enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Please cut the green onion diagonally.

Put the cabbage, shiitake, enoki mushroom, and green onion in a hot pot in a pretty shape.

Place marinated meat in the middle of the middle.
-Pour 800ml of anchovy kelp stock and boil it.
