STEP 1/6
Cut the skin of the potatoes and shred them slightly thickly.

Soak potatoes in water for about 30 minutes to remove starch.

Drain the water through a sieve and completely remove the remaining water with a kitchen towel.

Put 3 spoons of coconut oil in a frying pan.

Bake it until it's golden brown.

Drain and place on a plate and sprinkle with two pinch of salt and parsley powder. If you serve ketchup, it's done!
If you make French fries using coconut oil instead of olive oil or cooking oil, it doesn't burn easily and is much less greasy, so you can enjoy it healthily.
