STEP 1/9
Remove the top of the tomato and wash it clean. Make a round cut around the tip and remove the tomato core.

Scoop out the tomato filling with a spoon. Tomatoes are mostly made up of seeds and moisture.

Steam the sweet potatoes and peel them. If you boil it in water, it will get too mushy, so please steam it or grill it for us

Crush the sweet potatoes. It's easier to mash with a fork than with a spoon.

Add a large slice of butter to add a savory taste. Sweet potatoes are warm and melt well, so it's easy to mix. If it's a cold sweet potato, melt the butter and use it, or turn the sweet potato in the microwave and use it in a warm state.

Add 2 pinch of salt and mix. If you add a little salt, it makes it sweeter because it makes it sweeter

Fill in the corners of the sweet potato with the soft sweet potato mousse
STEP 8/9
Gently place mozzarella cheese on top. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. (Air fryer or microwave is also available.)

I put a basil leaf that I grew on top of the parsley powder as garnish I don't really need it!
If you add almonds to the sweet potato mousse, you can eat it more deliciously!
