Making chicken soup using a pressure rice cooker
Making chicken soup with a pressure rice cooker that my mother taught me ^^ It was my first challenge, but it was easier than I thought and the soup was strong, so I put it up because it was delicious

  • jujube
    10ea
  • Sticky rice
    2serving
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
The size is different for each chicken lake, but I think the number 12 chicken I bought was about 9,000 won
STEP 2/17
The ingredients that make the soup are sold in the tea bag, so you can boil it with this tea bag
STEP 3/17
Garlic and jujube are good, too I got it while I was at my mom's^^
STEP 4/17
Put it in a silver bowl to eat sticky rice and soak it in water. (The sticky rice was left out of the water when I went there because it made the pressure cooker squeak)
STEP 5/17
You have to wash the chicken and keep it simple
STEP 6/17
Cut off the pointy part of the chicken wings, cut off the fat around the chicken dung, and there are many appendages around the bones. Wash the blood and accessories clean with water
STEP 7/17
To get rid of more impurities, blanch it in water and get it out
STEP 8/17
Samgyetang tea bag, garlic, jujube, and chicken I added enough water to cover the chicken (about 5 minutes on high heat, about 15 minutes on medium heat, about 5 minutes on low heat, and about 15 minutes on low heat)
STEP 9/17
I put it in a pressure rice cooker, put it in a high heat for about 5 minutes, and when I started to move more, I lowered the medium heat, 15 minutes later, lowered the heat, turned it off for 5 minutes, and waited until it stopped completely I think it takes about 40 minutes
STEP 10/17
The soup looks thick^^ Open the lid and take out the herbal medicine ingredients and jujube. (You can't take out the garlic.)^^)
STEP 11/17
If you press the jujube with a house dog, the jujube water comes out, so I squeezed out all the water and took out the tea bag of Samgyetang medicine. As I took out the herbal medicine ingredients in the tea bag, I even emptied the tea bag
STEP 12/17
Put the well-boiled chicken soup in another pot and add glutinous rice and cook the soaked glutinous rice over medium heat
STEP 13/17
I wanted to put meat on top of chicken porridge, so I mixed the broth made without glutinous rice in the chicken belly to make porridge
STEP 14/17
As the glutinous rice gets cooked, the soup gets smaller Add the soup and make porridge
STEP 15/17
Make chicken porridge with glutinous rice soaked in soup and put chicken legs on top of it so that it's easy to eat ^^
STEP 16/17
I put the soft flesh including chicken leg meat and wing meat on a plate I put the puck meat in a small place to eat it if I'm not full lol
STEP 17/17
I didn't put the drumstick on my plate to eat it with chopsticksIt was better to put only the soup in a small bowl and eat the chicken porridge and also eat the hot soup
It's simpler than I thought, so I'm thinking about doing it one more time on Dog Day! I think I cooked it properly using a pressure rice cooker, but I feel fun and rewarding while making various dishes I want to cook something more delicious and fruitful next time^^
