In a large bowl, soak the square rice paper with water from the water purifier instead of hot water. The salad has a lot of moisture, so if you press it in hot water, it's too mushy, so I soaked it in water purifier water, not cold water.

If the rice paper bursts with a lot of moisture in the salad, you can soak it in water and stick it on the broken part. I made two spring rolls with octopus salad.
