Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the chicken's intestines with water and soak it in milk. Grind the whole pepper and marinate it for an hour.

After rinsing and draining in running water, add 1T of minced garlic, 2T of cooking wine, 1T of herb salt, 2/3T of garlic, 1T of chicken stock, and 2 chili peppers. Go for 1~3 hours

Put on frying clothes and turn the air fryer go ring over 180 degrees 20 minutes and turn it upside down for 180 degrees 15 minutes. (The last 5 minutes is 185 degrees because you're afraid it won't ripen.)

The finished pepper crunch is slurped with handmade gobbling marbling
Too much oil makes it rather soggy. Put paper foil on the floor, put the chicken on top of the oil, and bake it! If you put too much spices, it doesn't taste good
