After rinsing and draining in running water, add 1T of minced garlic, 2T of cooking wine, 1T of herb salt, 2/3T of garlic, 1T of chicken stock, and 2 chili peppers. Go for 1~3 hours
Too much oil makes it rather soggy. Put paper foil on the floor, put the chicken on top of the oil, and bake it! If you put too much spices, it doesn't taste good
