Wash two eggplants and remove the tip Cut it in half long. Cut it in half again. Cut it into 0.5cm thick slices to make it easy to eat. Place the chopped eggplant in a microwave oven bowl~ Cover it with a microwave lid or wrap, and microwave it.

First, microwave it for 3 minutes. Take it out in the middle. Turn the eggplant over. Cover it again and microwave it for another 3 minutes. You heat it in the microwave for a total of 6 minutes. Heat it for 6 minutes and take it out. If the eggplant is not fully cooked, heat it for another 1 to 2 minutes

Put the eggplant in the microwave and cool it down. In my case, put it in the refrigerator with a sieve and cool it down for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Make sauce in a bowl while the eggplant cools down. 2T chopped green onion in a bowlAdd 1/2T of dark garlic, 2/3T of ground sesame, 1/3T of red pepper powder, 1/3T of oligosaccharide, 2/3T of sesame oil, and 2T of soy sauce to make sauce. => You adjust the sauce to suit your taste You can add a small amount of anchovy sauce with soy sauce

Squeeze the cooled eggplant in the refrigerator with your hands, put it in the sauce, and mix it gently. Mix it and try it to add the seasoning that's lacking
