Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Transfer the konjac noodles to a bowl and add 1t of vinegar.
STEP 2/6
Put all the stock ingredients in the pot and bring to a boil.
STEP 3/6
Pop the egg in a small bowl and pop the yolk.
STEP 4/6
Combine egg mixture in bowl with chopped green onions.
STEP 5/6
Bring to a boil in the order of stock, soft tofu, washed konjac noodles, egg water & chopped green onions.
STEP 6/6
Finish with minced garlic, soy sauce, salt & pepper and transfer to bowl.
