Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the peppers clean and prepare. If you don't like the spicy taste, you can make everything with green peppers except Cheongyang.

Slice the peppers diagonally.

Put the peppers in a heated pan with oil and stir-fry them

Add anchovies trimmed with hair and intestines and minced garlic.

Add soy sauce, starch syrup, and water. Each house has a different salinity of soy sauce, so the amount is adjusted accordingly.

Slowly boil over low heat.

When it is boiled down, turn off the gas stove and sprinkle sesame seeds slightly.

When it cools down, put it in a container. When you don't have an appetite, put rice in nurungji or cold water and eat it as a side dish!
