STEP 1/17
Please prepare about 300g of cabbage. It's good to wash cabbage individually, but I'm going to cut it with a filler, so I soaked the whole cabbage in vinegar water and washed it.
STEP 2/17
Use fillers to shred cabbage.
STEP 3/17
It's shredded cabbage. If you want to increase the synchronization with KFC coleslaw, you can chop it into small pieces. I used it as it is.
STEP 4/17
Slice the onions thinly, too. I cut it in half to make it easy to eat.
STEP 5/17
Place shredded onions in a bowl of cabbage.
STEP 6/17
I cut the carrot with Somtam filler. If you don't have it, chop it with a knife.
STEP 7/17
Cabbage, onions, and carrots are all ready.
STEP 8/17
There are various coleslaw recipes. I think it's divided into two ways when you look at it in two ways.
The first is how to make vegetables with seasoning all at once, and the second is how to pickle the vegetables once and season the rest! I always make it the latter way. There's definitely a difference in taste.
I'll make it in the second way. First, add a ton of salt.
STEP 9/17
Then add 2T of sugar.
STEP 10/17
Add 2T of vinegar. If you like the sour taste, you can add more as much as you like.
STEP 12/17
In this state, marinate for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 13/17
After marinating for 10-15 minutes, the water comes out like this. If you use it like this, it feels more like KFC coleslaw, but I don't like the soup, so I threw away the water.
STEP 14/17
I poured out all the water.
STEP 15/17
Then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
STEP 16/17
Mix it well. Then taste it and add more salt, sugar, and vinegar.
STEP 17/17
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle dry herbs to your liking! You don't have to use it if you don't have it.
It's a delicious KFC style coleslaw. Make it delicious and eat it!
