STEP 1/11
How to take care of spinach is to cut off the roots of spinach, pick out the withered ones, and separate them one by one.
STEP 2/11
After receiving enough water to soak spinach in the bowl, shake it gently with your hands and wash it 3-4 times, and put it in a strainer.
STEP 3/11
Put 1.6 liters of water and 0.5 tablespoon thick salt in a pot and boil the water over high heat.
STEP 4/11
When the water boils, add the washed spinach and toss it.
STEP 5/11
Add spinach and turn off the gas stove when the water boils slightly. (If you blanch spinach for a long time, it can be soft and tough, so blanch it until it's breathtaking.)
STEP 6/11
Spill the blanched spinach on a strainer tray, rinse it in cold water until it is not hot, and squeeze the water until it is moist.
STEP 7/11
Prepare 0.3 tablespoons of minced garlic and green onions by cutting them.
STEP 8/11
Put the watery spinach in a bowl and shake it off with your hands to loosen the spinach lump.
STEP 9/11
Add green onions and 0.3 tablespoons of minced garlic, 0.7 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, and a little bit of flower salt.
STEP 10/11
Put on disposable gloves and shake it off so that the seasoning is evenly soaked in spinach. (If it is bland, add additional flower salt.)
STEP 11/11
Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix them well, and you're done making seasoned spinach.
When blanching spinach, add thick salt to make the spinach color clearer.
If you squeeze the spinach too tightly, the spinach may become tough and taste less.
