These are vegetables for cabbage salad I needed cabbage, apples, cucumbers, and carrots. Instead of purple onions, I used white onions

Cut the cucumber, take out the seeds in the middle, and chop the rest

Preheat the pan and add cabbage to dry. Instead of adding water or frying it in oil, put only cabbage in a preheated pan and cook it

Remove slightly in a short time and cool the cooked cabbage in a bowl. If cooked like this, the texture becomes soft and it's good to eat. It's much easier to eat than raw, so you can eat a lot consistently.

Stir-fry carrots with oil. Put them in a bowl of cabbage Cook cabbage and carrots slightly and use other vegetables as raw

I make the sauce. Chop the celery into small pieces and put it in a bowl, add 1T of olive oil, 2~3T of apple vinegar, 1T of agave syrup, 1T of mustard, 1t of basil pesto, and mix well.

Put all the cucumbers, onions, and apple shreds in a bowl of cabbage and carrots and pour all the sauce. Mix it gently with your hands. Mix vegetables gently so that they don't go bad.
