STEP 1/8
Rinse 300g of rice thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes
STEP 2/8
To remove impurities, rinse the blanched thistle two or three times and squeeze the water out and cut it into bite-sized pieces It could be long for children to eat, so I cut it into 5 pieces :)
STEP 3/8
Put 2T of soy sauce and 2T of sesame oil into the blanched gondre and season it
STEP 4/8
I will also make the sauce for gondre rice. Make the sauce with minced green onion, minced garlic 1/2T, soy sauce 4T, soy sauce 1T, soy sauce 1T, cooking wine 2T, sugar 1/3T, sesame oil 1T, sesame salt. :)
STEP 5/8
Add soaked rice and add 300g of water Put the blanched thistle on top
STEP 6/8
Turn the heat on over high heat and boil it. When the water boils, stir in the beginning so that the rice doesn't get burnt!
STEP 7/8
Stir it two or three times, cover it, reduce it to low heat, and cook rice :) The time of the pot rice is 15 minutes on low heat! Lower the heat to the lowest possible Please be careful and cook rice I used a timer to check the cooking time accurately :)
STEP 8/8
After 15 minutes on ultra-low heat, turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes to make gondre pot rice.
Reduce heat to low for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for 5 minutes.
When I cooked hot pot rice with this
It's glossy. The rice came out well without nurungji. :)
