Fruit Greek Yogurt Diet Recipe
Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts and granola. It's a diet recipe that you won't get tired of even if you eat it every day.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Prepare strawberries by soaking them in water for 5 minutes and washing them in running water.

Prepare blueberries in the same way

Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl.

Add frozen mangoes. If you don't have it, frozen pineapples are good too. The reason why we prepare frozen is to create a smoothie-like texture.

Taste it and add a little bit of erythritol or nothing. It's delicious if you add oligosaccharide or condensed milk according to your preference. I don't recommend sweet honey because it has a strong scent
