Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I'll put anchovies and kelp and get ready to make broth again
STEP 2/13
Add 1.5 liters of water, anchovies and kelp for broth, and put them on high heat. When the water starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes
STEP 3/13
Remove 1/8 of kimchi and cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 4/13
Cut about 1cm of radish and make it easy to eat
STEP 5/13
Chop 1/2 medium onions, too. I used a small onion.
STEP 6/13
Chop up a root of green onion
STEP 7/13
Cut the tofu in half (about 100g)
STEP 8/13
When the broth is ready, take out the net again. Put in the kimchi.
STEP 9/13
Add sliced radishes and onions and place on high heat. If it's too watery, add more water
STEP 10/13
Please add bean sprouts
STEP 11/13
1/4 spoon of beef, 1 spoon of anchovy sauce, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and green onion
STEP 12/13
Put in tofu. And if it's not enough, season it with thick salt
STEP 13/13
Tofu kimchi bean sprout soup soup is done :)
