  • Sugar
    30g
  • lemon juice

Cooking Steps

Put strawberries and sugar in a pot
STEP 2/8
Spread the strawberries with sugar evenly
STEP 3/8
Please turn on the medium heat
STEP 4/8
Boil strawberries for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally when water starts to come out
STEP 5/8
Grind it finely with a hand blender
STEP 6/8
Add lemon juice and turn on low heat
STEP 7/8
Boil until desired concentration
STEP 8/8
Put it in a clean sterilized bottle and refrigerate it
