Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare the fish cake by cutting it about 2cm horizontally.

Please chop the green onions and cut the Cheongyang peppers diagonally.

Add brewed soy sauce, water, and sugar to the pan and melt the sugar when the pan is heated.

As soon as the sugar melts, add fish cake and stir-fry it so that the seasoning is evenly cut.

When it's cooked properly, add Cheongyang chili pepper and green onion and stir-fry it again.

Then add sesame oil and sesame salt and add honey.

Transfer the stir-fried fish cake to a bowl.
If it lacks moisture in the middle of frying, you can add more water.
