Prepare 1 bag of frozen dumplings.

I used Bibigo Wanggyoja and baked it for a total of 13 minutes in the air fryer, 180 degrees 8 minutes in air fryer and 180 degrees 5 minutes in air fryer.

Make the sauce while the fried dumplings are finished. Red pepper paste 1T

Now mix it so that the gangjeong sauce is mixed well.

In the meantime, fried dumplings are done in the air fryer.

Put Gangjeong sauce in a frying pan first and boil it over low heat for about a minute.

You can use starch syrup instead of oligosaccharide. Gangjeong sauce is also delicious when fried tofu, rice cake skewers, and fish cakes, not just dumplings.
