Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom into the bag.

Cover it with a strainer and wash it under running water.

Press down with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.

Divide enoki mushrooms into rolling sizes.

You can use one line of bacon or cut it in half.

Roll the mushrooms on top of the bacon tightly enough to cover a slightly thick bite-size. When baked, the mushroom loses moisture and becomes smaller.

Place the paper foil on the air fryer basket and raise the horse at intervals with the ends facing down.

Bake at 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle pepper and parsley powder.
Each machine has a different temperature, so please check if it burns in the middle.
