STEP 1/8
Chop the onion, chop the minced garlic and green onion.
STEP 2/8
The tenderloin part of chicken is softer than the breast, so if you eat it with your child, the tenderloin part is recommended. It also prepares ingredients you want to add, such as kalguksu noodles and dumplings.
STEP 3/8
When the water starts to boil, add chicken and boil it to make broth. Do not add too much water to the chicken to make the broth well.
STEP 4/8
Take out the boiled chicken and boil it further with the trimmed ingredients.
STEP 5/8
While the stock is boiling, tear the chicken into small pieces and prepare. Even if you tear it with tongs without rinsing it in cold water, it is soft, so the work is done quickly.
STEP 6/8
When the vegetable broth starts to boil, add all the noodles, frozen dumplings, and chicken and boil them over medium-low heat so that the soup does not boil down too much.
STEP 7/8
Season with 1T of soy sauce, a little salt and pepper, and 1t of sand lance extract.
STEP 8/8
Put a bowl of hot water in a bowl and you're done.
As it is a broth made only with chicken, the amount of chicken is too small compared to water, so be careful not to become a blind soup.
