Making flounder with luxurious side dishes

Cooking Steps

Then add the sauce ingredients to the chopped vegetables and mix well. This is the end of making the sauce. Taste it and adjust it to your taste. Don't forget that sourness comes first with urin sauce. If you don't have lemon juice, you can only use vinegar.

I'm going to fry the flounder. Coat the flounder with starch powder evenly back and forth.

Then place in a skillet with plenty of cooking oil and fry to crisp.It doesn't have to be too much cooking oil, and it's okay if it's well-done. If the filling is golden, cut it slightly and look inside. You just need to cook it thoroughly until the flounder.
