STEP 1/11
Stir-fry 1/3 onions shredded in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook onions over medium heat until clear.

Cut 1 row of kimchi into small pieces and stir-fry it with onions for 3~4 minutes.

Stir-fry kimchi for 3 to 4 minutes. Place cooked ingredients on a plate for a while.

Add a little salt to 2 eggs and mix. Stir quickly to combine egg whites and yolks. You may or may not add more salt to your liking.

Heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add all the beaten eggs.

After 2 minutes (uncooked eggs), put fried onions and kimchi on one side only.

Sprinkle a little sesame seeds and pepper on top.

You can cut it with scissors or chopsticks. The combination of kimchi, onions, and eggs is good. It is a taste where savory and salty unique to kimchi coexist. It is also a good menu for brunch. I often eat it instead of rice or as a side dish. Only onions and kimchi are added, but an egg dish that tastes different from egg rolls is born.
