Pyeonstorang Jung Sang-hoon Gochujang Curry Bonara/ Curry Cuisin
A simple dish that I made using the recipe of Stor and Jung Sanghoon! Let me introduce you to red pepper paste curry bonara. Instead of kalguksu noodles, I used tteokbokki rice cake at home to make it.

Ingredients

  • Slice cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Slice the potatoes and carrots as thin as possible and shred the onions. I also prepared green onions and cut them. (Slice potatoes and carrots thinly to make them well cooked.)
STEP 2/12
Please blanch the rice cake in boiling water and prepare it. (Preparing kalguksu noodles, spaghetti noodles, etc. to suit your taste!)

Please also prepare fried eggs for toppings.
STEP 4/12
Grease pan lightly, stir-fry enough to brown onion and add 1 piece of butter.
STEP 5/12
Add 0.5T of minced garlic, potatoes, and carrots and stir-fry.

When the potatoes are cooked, add 300ml of milk and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/12
Add 2T of curry powder and 1T of red pepper paste and mix well. Add 1T of red pepper powder to your liking. (I omitted.)
STEP 8/12
Add 2 slices of cheese and bring to a boil when all the sauces are well mixed.
STEP 9/12
Add the blanched tteokbokki rice cake. Be careful not to make the sauce too thick and add the noodle water or milk and adjust the concentration.
STEP 10/12
Boil the rice cake or noodles thoroughly, mixing evenly so that the sauce can be cut well.
STEP 11/12
Add the chopped green onions and finish.

Put it in the bowl you want and put a fried egg together, and it's the final red pepper paste curry bonara!!
Not only tteokbokki tteok, but also kalguksu noodles, pasta, etc. Add whatever you want to make!
