How to make Chinese steamed rockfish
It's a recipe that Sung Si-kyung taught me on TV. When you steam rockfish, put a lot of scallions on a steamer, pour the boiled soy sauce, pour the oil on it, and cook the guest's hospitality, it looks great. Cooking Steps

Cut the green onion salad.

Pour water into the steamer, spread green onion salad on the steamer, cut ginger between cuts such as rockfish, and place it on the steamer. Sprinkle rice wine on top of rockfish and steam for 15-20 minutes.

Carefully remove the steamed rockfish and scallions from the set dish.

Please boil the soy sauce.

Cover with scallions on top of rockfish and pour soy sauce.

Boil the oil just before eating and pour over the marinated rockfish.

Put it on top of rockfish, put the steamed green onion salad on the bottom, cover the top with the new green onion salad, pour the sauce and oil, and eat it with the green onion salad.
You can stretch the green onion salad as much as you like. If it's cooked, the volume decreases, so you can put in a lot. - Pour the boiling oil on the table at the end.
