Ingredients
  • rice roll
  • Carrot
  • Ham
  • Pickled radish
  • egg
  • Non-glutinous rice flour
  • bread crumbs
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
I cut the carrots and put them in a pan and stir-fry it. It's sweeter if you stir-fry it, so I didn't add salt.
STEP 2/14
I'll prepare gimbap and seaweed
STEP 3/14
I'm going to fry the ham for the kids, and I'm going to fry the eggs thinly like egg garnish,
STEP 4/14
I put pickled radish instead of pickled radish.
STEP 5/14
Add salt, sesame oil, and sesame salt to the rice and mix well. I added black lentils and cooked rice, and the color is like this.
STEP 6/14
I simply put in four ingredients. I put egg garnish, pickled radish, carrot, and ham on top and rolled it carefully. I cut the seaweed in half and rolled it up. If you do this, you don't need seaweed hair and it's so easy to roll. It's delicious even if you eat it like this, but I'll try frying it
STEP 7/14
Make dough by adding water to rice flour and prepare bread crumbs.
STEP 8/14
I'm going to coat the rice flour dough with the kimbap
STEP 9/14
Apply a lot of bread crumbs.
STEP 10/14
Put kimbap in a pot with oil and cook it evenly until golden brown.
STEP 11/14
Put less oil on purpose and fry it as you grill it.
STEP 12/14
This crispy fried kimbap is done. Cut it into appropriate sizes with a knife. I didn't eat a lot of oil because it was fried like a whole gimbap. It's crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, light and delicious. There is pickled radish, so it catches the greasy taste to some extent
STEP 13/14
If the sweet and savory fried oil is greasy with a lot of carrots, pickled radish quickly catches it and gives you a light and luxurious taste. The ingredients are not properly seasoned, but the delicious rice and pickled radish play a role to some extent, so the more you chew, the more delicious it tastes
STEP 14/14
It's crispy and savory because I baked it with bread crumbs. Now, if you have any leftover kimbap or want to eat a different kind of kimbap, fry it slightly like you're baking it in oil. You can feel a different taste of gimbap. It's so delicious without a few ingredients. Fried gimbap that kids eat so well. And fried kimbap tastes better if you fry it right away.
I added a lot of sweet carrots and pickled radish instead of pickled radish. I put in the ingredients simply.
