STEP 1/12
Cut 2 chicken breasts into small pieces.
STEP 2/12
Add 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoon fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon curry powder, and a little pepper to the breast and mix them evenly.
STEP 3/12
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and wait until heated.
STEP 4/12
Add all the seasoned chicken breast and stir-fry. When the chicken is cooked, place it in a bowl for a while.
STEP 5/12
Half a tablespoon butter (optional) or 1 tablespoon oil.
STEP 6/12
Add 1 chopped onion and stir-fry. You can stir-fry it for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 7/12
Cut the cabbage into small pieces and stir-fry as much as you like.
STEP 8/12
Stir-fry it to blend well with the onion. Mix until transparent.
STEP 9/12
Add 400ml of water to the stir-fried vegetables. When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder.
STEP 10/12
Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder, 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and 5 tablespoons of milk. Mix the curry powder evenly so that it doesn't clump together.
STEP 11/12
Boil the ingredients for 5-7 minutes until well blended. A delicious and different chicken curry is completed.
STEP 12/12
Cover white rice with enough curry to make a rice bowl. On the side, put eggs to boil half-cooked.
You can mix it evenly and eat it. It tastes better with yogurt and tomato sauce. The smell of curry is stronger, so you can see that it is curry as soon as you eat it. Do not bury it in any other sauce. I recommend eating it with boiled soft-boiled eggs. It's a good combination.
